In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on mdg99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mdg99 does not permit access by individuals under 21, consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable to international online gaming operators serving the Indonesian market.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from the mdg99 platform or from any other online gaming operator pursuant to a self-exclusion request you have previously made.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which receiving online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by local law and in which you are ordinarily resident.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

Each eligible individual may hold one and only one account on mdg99. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number (Telkomsel, Indosat, XL Axiata, Smartfren, or other registered Indonesian carrier), which will serve as the primary OTP delivery channel.
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A chosen password that meets the minimum security requirements displayed during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. mdg99 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify mdg99 support via live chat.

The Company reserves the right to decline a registration application, or to close an already-registered account, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, provided that any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure is returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

mdg99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any other time the Company deems necessary.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), valid passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Age: Satisfied by the identity document above, provided your date of birth is clearly visible.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account, BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account detail page showing your name and account number, confirming that the registered payment method belongs to you.
• Source of Funds: In cases where cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, you may be asked to provide documentation supporting the legitimate source of funds used on the platform.

KYC documents are processed within 1–3 business days. During that period, your ability to make withdrawals may be suspended. The Company uses submitted documents solely for verification purposes and handles all personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All deposits to your mdg99 account must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from bank accounts, OVO wallets, DANA accounts, or GoPay accounts held in a name other than your registered account name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned.

mdg99 accepts deposits via the following methods, all in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, the Company may apply transaction limits at its discretion for risk management purposes. mdg99 does not charge deposit processing fees — any fees levied by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player.

Deposits are credited to your wallet balance once the funds have been confirmed received by mdg99's payment processing system. Bank transfers typically confirm within 5 minutes during business hours; e-wallet deposits typically confirm within 1–3 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transfer receipt.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and that matches the name on your mdg99 account. The Company will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit by default; however, large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced KYC review prior to processing. mdg99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; the full withdrawal amount is credited to your nominated account.

Typical withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata): 5–15 minutes, 24/7.
• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 5–10 minutes, 24/7.

Withdrawals of funds credited via a bonus offer are subject to the wagering requirements and other conditions attached to that bonus, as set out in Clause 7. Real-money funds that were deposited and never matched by a bonus are not subject to any wagering requirement and may be withdrawn at any time, subject only to the KYC provisions in Clause 4.

The Company reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional identity or source-of-funds verification is required. Players will be notified promptly in such cases via the email address registered to the account.

mdg99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin credits, and sportsbook risk-free bet promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer and take precedence over any general statements in this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all mdg99 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and whose account is in good standing.
• A bonus must be explicitly claimed or opted in to by the Player before the qualifying deposit is made, unless the promotion specifies automatic crediting.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Some promotions carry higher or lower wagering requirements — the figure applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus credits and any associated pending winnings that remain at the expiry date are forfeited.
• Certain game types may contribute to wagering requirements at reduced rates: live casino table games typically contribute at 10%, while slots contribute at 100%. The exact contribution schedule for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states that multiple claims are permitted.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given to Players who have already opted in to the affected promotion.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of system errors will be void and removed from the account, together with any winnings derived from the use of that bonus.

All bets placed on mdg99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, as published within each game's information panel or within the sportsbook rules section. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule prevails for matters relating to that game.

The following general betting rules apply across all mdg99 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets may not be cancelled, altered, or reversed after confirmation except where the applicable game or sport rules expressly permit cash-out or bet-editing functionality.
• In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, the Company will investigate using server-side logs and will void or settle the affected bet in a manner deemed fair by the Company in its sole discretion. The Company's decision in such cases is final.
• Sportsbook bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia matches, Mobile Legends MPL, and all other covered markets are settled according to the official result at the end of normal scheduled play (90 minutes for football, or as specified for other sports). Extra time and penalty shootout results apply only where the applicable market explicitly states they are included.
• A mix parlay (accumulator bet) is void if any single selection within the accumulator is voided; the remaining selections are re-settled as a reduced accumulator. If the accumulator reduces to a single selection, it is settled as a single bet at the applicable odds.
• The Company may impose maximum payout limits per single bet, per day, or per player at its discretion. Any applicable payout limits are displayed within the sportsbook and game interfaces.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mdg99 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with the Company.
• Registering more than one account, or accessing the platform while a prior account has been closed for cause.
• Making deposits from or requesting withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, technical errors, or pricing errors on the platform. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Using automated bots, scripts, arbitrage software, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Colluding with other players on live casino tables, poker games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP obfuscation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mdg99 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing another person — including a minor — to access or use your mdg99 account.

mdg99 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. All players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge, directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, which take effect immediately when set and require a 7-day cooling-off period before an increase takes effect.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration alerts that notify you when you have been logged in continuously for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at regular intervals displaying your net gaming session result.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days), during which login is blocked but existing account balances are preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure (minimum 6 months; maximum 5 years) for players who wish to stop using the platform entirely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mdg99 and the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising and regardless of whether the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption to, or unavailability of, the platform due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, Indonesian ISP disruptions, government-ordered blocks, acts of God, or cyber-attacks.
• The conduct of third-party game studios, live dealer studios, or payment processing providers, whose services are integrated into the platform but are operated independently.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims, however arising, shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the mdg99 platform — including but not limited to the mdg99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use of mdg99 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent available under law.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified by email to the address registered to their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter rights or obligations) may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the mdg99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date. Requests to close an account on this basis will be processed without penalty and your balance will be returned in full.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at mdg99.one/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through the Company's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licence.

The Company's internal complaints process operates as follows:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact mdg99 support via live chat. The majority of disputes are resolved within 24 hours at this stage.
2. Step 2 — Written Complaint: If not resolved via live chat, submit a written complaint to [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a reasoned written response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the written response is unsatisfactory, the Player may escalate to the dispute resolution body specified by the Company's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation pathway are provided in the written response at Step 2.
